Petite La Fleur

This morning I woke at 5 am with a strange fogginess around me. Almost suffocating. I think I'm getting sick. No, I know I'm getting sick. My throat hurts, my nose is stuffy, and my eyes are watery. After laying in bed for about 2 hours, I got up because the sun started shinning on me. I made some breakfast (really, just a bagel) and watched some youtube videos before reading. I was set on finishing The 5th Wave  by Rick Yancey, which was amazing... Usually I'm not a big fan of sci-fi dystopian novels with aliens and battle scenes, but I was a fan of this one! :) Then I read Scar Boys  by Len Vlahos, another amazing read off the Battle of the Books list. My parents went grocery shopping after we all ate lunch, around 2, so that's primarily when I read. When they got home, I helped my mom put away groceries and make dinner. Now I'm drinking some tea about to start reading Five Days in November by Clint Hill with Lisa McCubbin.

Hey guys :) Today I woke up around 9 am, even though I went to bed early, I ended up waking up 4-5 times last night. Anyway, I got up, ate breakfast and watched a few youtube videos before organizing my email. Sitting on social media for a bit, I decided to start my homework around 1:45 for my Government class which I posted just a little bit ago. Then I worked on my physics notecard for my exam on Tuesday. We're allowed to have this notecard filled with whatever notes we want, front and back. So believe me, I wrote super small. I looked over my English study guide as well, but I'm meeting with Emilia tomorrow to study so I just read over a few things. At 6:00, my family, my brother's friend who spent the night last night, and I ate dinner (spaghetti). Around 7:00, I started getting ready because Heather was coming over to go to the lights downtown with my mom and I. First, we stopped by Starbucks to get our free coffee (holiday special) and then went to the lights....

Tuesday: February 24, 2015 Sorry I didn't manage to actually write this yesterday, it's just that by the time I remembered it I was crawling into bed.  Anyway, I woke up initially at 8 yesterday morning, came down stairs, opened the fridge and two seconds after my mom said "good morning", I uttered "I'm going back to bed" and promptly did so. I managed to actually motivate myself to get up around 10:30, changing into a pastel blue sweater (made by my great-grandmother), black pants, and black boots. I've gotten into the habit of doing my makeup now so it's just part of my morning routine.  Then my mom and I drove to the university for my one and only class of the day, American History. Class went well, we're just now getting into the West after the Civil War. Although I much rather preferred my previous teacher last semester, my current one is alright too. But after class I didn't have anything else to do so my mom drove me home....

Sunday: February 22, 2015 BackTrackToSaturday: I did pretty much nothing except switch between watching YouTube, Mysteries of Laura and surfing through Pinterest. I was suppose to have my friends over, David, Ramona (foreign exchange student from Germany), and Hanna (foreign exchange student from Sweden), but because of all the icey-rain-mush, we decided it was for the best to cancel our plans. Friday: February 20, 2015 Well this morning I had to wake up promptly at 7:30 since I had a doctors appointment on Fort Campbell, Kentucky at 9 so after throwing an old oversized sweater (on me, it was actually my dad's), plain blue jeans, a purple scarf and a red beanie, I headed downstairs. Pouring a bowl of my favorite Special K cereal (Red Berry) and grabbing a cup of coffee, french vanilla creamer and 6 spoonfuls of sugar, I scrolled through my Twitter feed until about 8:15 before grabbing my boots and jacket to head to the car. It was the first day since Sunday that my mom and I had actually left the house (extensively) and it felt so good to be out, although it was extremely bright due to all the snow on the ground.
