Happy Mother's Day
May 10, 2015 First I would like to wish that all the mothers out there had a wonderful, happy mothers day. Second, I would like to wish my own mother a very special mothers day. Since I can remember, my mom was the one always there for me. Since my dad was often deployed, it was my mother who would be there to check my fever, to make me breakfast, to pack my lunch, to give me hugs, and to make me smile. She was always there to scold me when I needed scolding, hold me when I needed holding, and help me when I needed helping. She's always done a great job of being my mother while being my best friend at the same time. I'm so thankful to have a strong relationship with my mother and that we talk about practically anything. Today, my brother and I went to the church that my mom works at for a mother's day celebration that included strawberries and ice cream.
