E=mc² Article Summaries The evolution of the equation, E=mc² is an elaborate and complicated one at that. In “What Is the Significance of E=mc²? And What Does It Mean?”, the article explains the steps in which the equation took to get to the final step of E=mc². With the example of a hollow box remaining at rest in space, the equation is explained. First, the symmetrical mass distribution is considered as well photons being emitted from the fluorescing material coating the box, creating a very small movement of the box. This morning was pretty rough waking up at 6 because I had had a late night doing my Physics and Psychology homework.  Anyway, in Algebra we took notes and given homework. We have a test Tuesday. Woo.  In Psychology I wanted to fall asleep but we have a test Thursday and that's sort of the only reason I showed up. I just don't really learning anything in that class. I read the chapters prior to class and my professor sort of just skims the book, but oh well.  For physics, we presented our project on Newton's Laws of Motion and then were dismissed early since we have a lab report and research paper-thing due next class.  After that, I went to the library to work on some homework before Heather and Brittany came and we all just chatted.  At 4:40, I had Science Olympiad and Heather came with me since she was my ride home. Hello my fellow people. I'm trying to come up with different ways to say "hey" to guys, so if you have suggestions, comment them down below! Anyway, today was a really uneventful day. So I intended to wake up around 8 this morning but instead, my alarm ended up going off a million times and I didn't get out of bed until 10:30. Which, on the plus side, just means I got a good amount of sleep this weekend. I made myself some breakfast and watched my recorded episode of The Vampire Diaries , which is still amazing without Elena (Nina Dobrev) and that sort of surprised me. Anyway, then I began my very tedious work of homework. Ugh. So I realized I had 5 chapters of Grendel  by John Gardner to read, 4 chapters of E=mc2  by David Bodanis to read, and notes to write on Chapter 6 in my Psychology text book. Today I volunteered at Day 2 of the Mrs.Tennessee Pageant wit Heather, Emilia and Channel. We worked from 2:00-3:30 and then 6:30-8:00. During the gap time, Heather and I went to the APSU library to get some homework done but then it closed so we drove to the Public Library (and checked out ALOT of books) and then went to the UC to get the rest of our work finished and to eat. After volunteering, her and I also decided to stay and watch the pageant to see who won. When I got home, my mom had made me fried Zucchini which was delicious!! :)

Today was the dreadful 6-am day. Ugh.  But I woke up, got my lunch together, and ate breakfast. Leaving at 7:15, I arrived almost 30 minutes early to Algebra. In class, we basically just did a quiz/homework/test review for Thursday. Afterwards, I hung out with Heather, Brittany, Channel, Emilia, Gabby and Ben at the UC. Lot's of people right? Right. I know. But it was okay because they're all considered my friends. So that was cool. At 11:15 I had Psychology and spent a majority of my time on Pinterest looking up vegetarian meals. Directly afterwards, I had Physics where we took notes and then completed test corrections, I didn't do bad so that was good. (: At 3:30 I met with Gabby and we went to the Marks building to just hang out before Science Olympiad where I primarily worked on Anatomy. Then I hung out with Ben in the library until my mom picked me up  at 6:45. (: 

So today's task was to take a picture of a book with a pumpkin... Meaning there's not much for me to write about as far as content goes, BUT I can describe the book itself a little. E=mc2 A Biography of the World's Most Famous Equation  by David Bodanis, is the reading material for my physics class (usually assigned one chapter per class to complete for homework). At this point, we've just started chapter 8, but we're half-way through the novel. The Preface itself was a true testament of the author's writing ability because it was absolutely phenomenal. There are four sections to the book: Ancestor's of E=mc2, The Early Years, Adulthood, and Till The End of Time. Basically, the author introduces the history building up to the equation itself, followed by the section we're currently in, describing the involvement of Einstein to the equation. Chapter 8 seems to report the initial usage of the equation.

Hello fellow friends. Today was a relatively good day (: Woke up at 6:00 AM to go running with Caitlyn (except, we walked today since we were both worn out) Then I came home, showered, got dressed, ate breakfast, and got everything ready for my school day. Mom dropped me off at the UC, since I now have a locker downstairs, so I could put away some things before walking to the Maynard building to talk to my College Algebra Professor for some help on the homework. Next, I walked to the ACT prep class I'm sitting through to improve my ACT scores. Today's class was Science, which I did terrible on so I really need to practice. Anyway, then I had about a 3-hour break where I was extremely productive, I ate lunch, read chapter 1 in our physics reading book E=mc2 by David Bodanis, completed the chapter homework, did my algebra homework, finished writing my chapter 2 notes for psychology and studied for my government test today. Today was rather hectic. I woke up at 5:30 to go on my run with Caitlyn and it was pretty intense and I'm imensely sore. But it's a good kind of sore. Then I took a shower before getting ready, eating breakfast and rushing to school since I had to put my cello in my music locker before going to Algebra. As a result, I ended up being a few minutes late but it was fine. In class we went over radicals and then given homework over it. I was a bit confused on the homework so tomorrow I'm going to stop by his office to talk to him about it. Then I ate lunch with Emilia and Gabby before Ben arrived and sat with us for about 20 minutes. Psychology started at 11:15 and we finished chapter 1 in class and began chapter 2. The subject itself is extremely interesting! Right after class I headed to Starbucks to grab some coffee before Physics. In class we had a test then given a worksheet before being dismissed.
