LAST FULL DAY OF WATAUGA :( Kyle and I went on a coffee run this morning together before breakfast and still managed to get there a few minutes early. I love him, he's a fabulous friend. <3 Piper's and my final class with Kim was actually kind of sad. We worked our butts off the entire class and it was very upsetting knowing it was our last one of the camp. After that we had a rehearsal with Marcus to run through Laquimah's dance since she was gone this entire week. Yeah it was uh interesting to say the least because we hadn't practiced at all previously. Regardless, our last Interdisciplinary class was a photo shoot of our wearable and I held my cup on my leg which was in attitude while I read a book. It was cool haha. Next was rehearsal with Margaret to run through our ballet solos, it went pretty good. :) Our last Cross Disciplinary class was Stage Combat. Morning with Piper began as usual; Ballet and Modern with Kim, which were tremendously fun but tiring. Not to mention I had slipped in my room the night before because my roommate had taken a shower and by the time I got to the room, all the lights were off so I fell... Yeah it hurt. Anyway, after lunch Piper and I both had our music lessons that Dr.Lara generously offered to drive us to the music building and back. When we got back to the dance building, we watched several dance videos with Marcus for "dance history", so that was pretty cool. :) Interdisciplinary was average, I'm not a big fan of physically making objects so the project was a bit difficult for me. But it was still alright. Next we had Yoga all together which was obviously so relaxing and wonderful. Average beginning to the day with breakfast and "morning meeting" where we all just sit and stare at our phones until it's time to go to class, haha, but it's perfect<3. Today, my day began with a cello lesson with Dr.Lara. Which was both fabulous and distressing. She's just a very intense professor and sometimes it's very intimidating for me, but it went relatively well. At the same time, Piper had a piano lesson with Dr.Wood and then Dr.Lara offered to drive us both back to the dance building for class. After lunch I had a voice lesson with Dr. Bailey which was FREAKING AWESOME BECAUSE I LOVE HIM! <3 Okay, we chose the song for the final exhibition and started plunking through it which was exciting. Then I had rehearsal with Piper and Laquimah for an hour before Interdisciplinary where we researched images of things that inspired us for McLean to print them off.
