Heather came to my house bright and early this morning since we had Statistics at 8 am (although we actually had a sub because our professor was sick). I mean this is college, who gets a sub in college? The guy had the same last name as her so we were trying to figure out if he was her husband or her brother.. Regardless, we had a lab-type-activity today on the computer but we finished it pretty quickly. My mom came to pick me up afterwards because Alexander and I had doctor's appointments on post until noon today. Thankfully we stopped by the Food Court on Fort Campbell to eat lunch, I got a Chinese Garden plate and mmmm it was great. I was a few minutes late to Physics but that's okay because we were just taking notes and doing example problems. Heather came to our class today so then we could do homework and stuff in the library afterwards. No school today. And actually it felt beautiful to sleep in until 9:30 am!<333 I came down and ate breakfast with mom(: I prepared us some fruit salads and ate a bagel. We sat and chit-chatted until about 11 and then we decided to get some things done. I sat down and logged onto my D2L to find that my Stats professor posted two sets of notes, emailed us on D2L, updated D2L, and suggested we work on our first two homework assignments (so I had to create an online account where our assignments will be posted). That in itself took forever to do.  At 3:30, I asked my Dad who had just come home from work and if we could run to the Commissary to grab some fruits and vegetables since we're running low, so we left at four pm. Going shopping with him was interesting... because he's more of browser while I'm more of stick-to-the-list type of person... so it was frustrating for both of us (to say the least).  We got home around 6:00, I put the groc...

Hey guys. Today I had an appointment on Fort Campbell at 10 and afterwards, my mom, Alexander and I decided to get some lunch at Popeyes and we stopped by Starbucks since I had a free drink. (: Once we got home, mom and I did pretty much nothing but catch up on some tv shows we had recorded and I managed to finish up Of Monsters and Madness by Jessica Verday. I also found out that I got accepted to Maryville College, so that's exciting! After dinner, mom and I watched the Democratic debate. (:

Man oh man it's been a hectic weekend already. So yesterday, I woke up at 9:00 with my mom and ate breakfast. Mark, my Dad's old friend, is going to be staying with us for a bit and he arrived last night but I was already in bed asleep when he got to our house. I'm still trying to get over this really bad cold so I had to cancel on working out with Illy this morning since I could barely breathe out my nose. Anyway, this morning Alexander had a tuba and trombone lesson so I went with him and my mom, intending to stop by the farmer's market for some vegetables. Well, unfortunately, the stand I usually get them from was all out except for Squash and eggplant. So it was sort of a bust. I must admit, I haven't done much these past couple of days. Sunday : I went to Caitlyn's birthday dinner at Cheddars at 6. Her friends Alex, Ariah, Jurinda, Raven, Jazmin, and Henna were there. The 8 of us were seated at a booth, we ordered our food, and I realized just how socially awkward I was. Don't get me wrong, they were nice and funny, I just didn't really know what to say. Most of what they were talking about were people I didn't know, parties I'd never been to, and things I've never done. Sooo. Yea. It was still nice though. I gave Caitlyn her present, the waiter flirted with me, and the food tasted good. I'd count that as a good evening. Hey guys! So today was an amazing day! It began with a driving lesson with my dad at 9 AM. For those that don't know, I get extreme anxiety driving and sometimes even riding in cars. But I've been working on it and driving everyday for an hour or more has really helped relax that anxiety. Then my mom and I went to Fort Campbell, KY for a doctors appointment and grabbed lunch afterwards. We ended up at Sam's Greek Cafe and got gyros, pita chips and hummus. My history class went relatively well, we discussed Empire and War in the United States during the 1890s and ended right before World War I. Then our professor discussed our history paper which is due Thursday and that I will be writing all of tomorrow. I find it easier with essays to write them all in one sitting so then I don't loose any train of thought, which I would if I started Monday and finished Wednesday.
