First Ever Gym Experience
Today is the day that I had my first workout in a gym. Yep. It's happening ladies and gentlemen. Katya is now going to a gym. LIKE WHAT?! If anyone told me a year ago I'd be going to the gym in 2016, trying to make a workout routine stick? I'd say they were crazy. Today Heather and I decided to work on legs, butt, and abs. Which resulted in us being in the gym from about 7:30-9:15 and then took showers and got ready. Essentially we were done at 10:30. She left campus so I went to the library to work on my Physics homework until 11:45 and then the UC to eat lunch. (: In the first half of class we took notes on Fluids and in the second half we had a Barbie doll lab where we had to make a bungee cord for Barbie, do several trials to see how many rubber bands it took before she would hit her head on the floor and then use a formula to see at what height we could safely bungee jump her from the second floor of the Sundquist.
