Superbowl Sunday
Hello friends(: Today... I had homework, more homework, some YouTube videos, scholarship essays, anddddd oh yeah, more homework! But at 5:15, Heather and her sister, Sherri, picked me up to bring me to their house to watch the Superbowl. Now this is interesting for several reasons: A) Katya does not watch football (in fact this was my first time watching a full football game) B) Katya has never watched the Superbowl before. C) Katya has never attended a Superbowl party. D) The Burks are die hard Broncos fans... So basically I walk into this cult activity, am thrown a jersey the minute I pass the threshold, am fed, and expected to cheer or boo depending on the game. Needless to say, it was an experience alright... It was fun though(:
