New Plants and Babysitting

Hello lovelies<3

Today was a pretty good day! I woke up nice this morning at 7:30 am, ate breakfast and watched a show with my mom before she had to go to work. I decided to get cracking on some homework assignments and laundry and such so I finished my reading assignment of Frankenstein, my Economics worksheet homework, and some laundry before my mom got back home at 1.



We went to see my brother and Dad at Richview Middle School because Alexander had a GMA audition (AND HE MADE 2ND CHAIR!!!<33333 I'M SO PROUD OF HIM!!!) and then we went to Lowe's to buy some plants. I decided for my mom's birthday I'd buy her some trees she'd been wanting for the house so we bought two and then we also splurged on the plant clearance isle<3333 so we got some new gifts. It was wonderful.



Then we still had some errands to run so we stopped by Publix AND WE FOUND A VEGAN SECTION!!!! Today was getting better and better. We only bought some vegan cream cheese since we had to meet up with Xander and my dad for lunch but we will definitely be going back soon. (: We stopped by Which Wich for lunch and I tried (for the first time) a Vegetarian sandwich and it was delicious! Had mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto sauce, and avocados. Yum yum.



To end my day, I went to babysit these sweet, sweet girls Sara and Sophia. They are piano student's of my mom's and I babysat them for about 4-5 hours. I got there and the three of us watched Finding Nemo and the first half of Puss in Boots until Sophia (the younger one) fell asleep. Then Sara and I went to the Game Room to play some Harry Potter Wii until she was hungry and we warmed up her food. Going back to the Game Room we decided to watch Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix until her parents came home at 9:30. It was a fun evening. (:

Chapters 14-16 (Creature's POV) - Entry #4

After Frankenstein abandons the creature, other than our short encounter in the woods when Victor is returning from Geneva, we are not exposed to him again until Victor’s retreat to the mountains. In chapter eleven, the creature opens his tale saying he is not quite sure of the beginning of his being; his initial memories and sensations began with his retreat to the woods after Frankenstein’s apartment. Living off berries and nuts, the creature was confused but learning survival skills along the way, including how to set and maintain a fire. I found this lonely encounter may have been initially good for the creature because it allowed him to figure out his surroundings of this new life he was brought into; however, keeping in mind while he is the great, big creature, he is very much in the dark about life and society itself, and without Victor to help him, he was completely and utterly alone.
