Busy day, busy day. I woke up at 7:30 and made breakfast while watching "Every Little Step". Next, I finished my 1st load of laundry and put away/started a new load of dishes. At 9:00, I practiced cello for an hour and had a random spur of wanting to clean my room, so I reorganized my bookshelves, tidied up my vanity, vacuumed, and set out my autumn/fall decorations. Then I decided to make some lunch which consisted of rice with peppers, green beans, onions, and season salt plus extra green beans and tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. While eating, I watched my recorded second episode of American Horror Story - Hotel. My 2nd load of laundry finished so I put that away and then my mom came home so I made a pot of coffee for the two of us. After some chit-chat, I lit some candles and worked on my Chapter 5 Psychology notes. After watching a few youtube videos and lounging on the couch, I decided to to read Once  by Anna Carey while eating a few slices of bread with h...

I feel like you guys know when I woke up and did this morning because it's the opening sentence of almost every single blog I've written lately... BUT today I woke up at 7:30. Mom and I went to the Lutheran Church to help clean (they have designated weekends for cleaning) and then mom had choir practice. I finished cleaning at 10:30 so I went into the car to read my book, Dr.Bird's Advice for Sad Poets  by Evan Roskos which was phenomenal! I'm almost certain it is my favorite YA read, now it's not any literary masterpiece but it's just so realistic and I enjoyed it a lot. Anyway, then mom and I came home and made lunch (meatballs for the family, fish fillet for me). At 2:30, all of us left to go to the shooting range which actually ended up terrifying me. I honestly sort of hated it. But I let Xander shoot, took some pictures of him and some shots of the beautiful scenery around us since it was in the woods outside of Ashland City. I also ended up collecti...

Hello interwebs. This morning I woke up at 7:30 to eat breakfast and get ready for the day. I've actually become pretty accustomed to waking up relatively early, it's nice and refreshing. Anyway, we left around 9:15 because I had a voice lesson and while I had class my mom and Xander went to the public library. In my lesson, Dr.Bailey and I worked on "Nothing" from A Chorus Line  and "A Nightingale in Berkley Square" which I LOVEEEE. Both of the songs have character in two very distinctive and different ways. After class, we all went onpost to get our flu shots and then grab some groceries from the Commissary. Once we got home, we all ate lunch before going back to Austin Peay because mom had lessons and I had a recital/workshop which was soo fun! I loved hearing other people singing and performing myself. It was great. (:

Hey guys! So today I woke up around 8:30 to eat breakfast and get ready to leave. I went to the Public Library around 10:30 and managed to check out a few books; Moby Dick by Herman Melville  City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare City of Lost Souls  by Cassandra Clare The Twisted Tragedy of Miss Natalie Stewart  by Leanna Renee Hieber Red Queen  by Victoria Ayevard Wicked Girls by Stephanie Hemphill Then from 1:00-6:00 I job shadowed at the different departments in the library and it was such an amazing experience! Next, I decided to volunteer with the teen program, so I mainly shelved because I absolutely love it! Afterwards, we went to an Austin Peay orchestra concert, which was sooo good! They played Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Bizet. Piper and her dad was there and Austin was playing in it so it was a good evening. (:

Hey guys, this morning was a bit rough because I had to wake up at 5:30. Dreadful, right? But it was okay because I got to Job Shadow at one of Clarksville's local radio stations, Q108 with Ryan and Gretchen. And let me just tell you, it was so amazing. I was only there from 7-9 am but the all of it was so much fun. I sat in with them while they were on the air, asked them questions, and even got to record a little bit that went on the air. It was awesome! :) I was also given contact information for Clarksville Now, which I might try to job shadow as well. After my mom picked me up, we came home and I started to do a bit of organizing with my planner and schedule and the sorts. Around noon, I ate leftovers for lunch and watched a criminal minds with my parents before everybody left the house (for work, errands, or hang-out plans). I stayed home, read a little bit of 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea  by Jules Verne, drank some coffee and lit some pumpkin/apple-scented candles. It...
