Breakfast: Fruit Salad (Kiwi, Strawberries, Bananas, Grapes) and Grapefruit




Lunch: Whole-Wheat Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Bagel with Hummus, Greek Salad (Lettuce, Onions, Lemon Juice) 



Dinner: Whole Wheat Pasta and Vegetables (Zucchini, Carrots, Soy Beans, Broccoli, and Squash)



Evening: Chamomile Tea
