This morning I woke at 5 am with a strange fogginess around me. Almost suffocating. I think I'm getting sick. No, I know I'm getting sick. My throat hurts, my nose is stuffy, and my eyes are watery.
After laying in bed for about 2 hours, I got up because the sun started shinning on me.
I made some breakfast (really, just a bagel) and watched some youtube videos before reading.
I was set on finishing The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey, which was amazing... Usually I'm not a big fan of sci-fi dystopian novels with aliens and battle scenes, but I was a fan of this one! :)
Then I read Scar Boys by Len Vlahos, another amazing read off the Battle of the Books list.
My parents went grocery shopping after we all ate lunch, around 2, so that's primarily when I read.
When they got home, I helped my mom put away groceries and make dinner. Now I'm drinking some tea about to start reading Five Days in November by Clint Hill with Lisa McCubbin.
