I, Katya Podkovyroff, am the daughter of a renowned musician

And a country’s warrior of twenty years with the noble origins of

Lineage tracing back to Russia, where my mother’s father’s

Father was Duke and my grandmother’s grandfather having

Italian royal blood. I was birthed in Germany but have traveled

Thoroughly; living or visiting in various countries -

Greece, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, and the

United States. My talents range far and wide across

Musical, theatrical, and intellectual interest.

I began dancing at the age of three and have

Mastered several techniques in ballet, both on pointe and flat.

I have a sharp talent for instrumental melody,

In that I play cello, piano, and guitar. I am relatively

New at the dexterity of the upright guitar - but have quashed

Classical pieces of Johann Sebastian Bach.

I can sing tunes in ballad or belt, holding

Notes as if oxygen were not a necessity. My

Brilliance - keen but earned; my stupendous studying skills

Have been remarked on frequently and my reading

Diligently increasing knowledge in my brain,

Well-versing me in day to day life. I plan to major

In Literature and Journalism to make a difference

And contribute to the written word world. Most

Importantly - I enjoy helping people and

Being there for someone in need, no matter

How big or small the difference. Thus - I have

Trounced several activities in academics,

Extracurriculars, and community services -

And I will thwart anyone from getting in the

Way of my dreams or goals.
