Hey guys!

Have any of you ever had a very realistic dream and then wake up so confused because the lines of reality and dream dimension have blurred into one big bubble? Yeah that was me this morning.

Oh and I think I have a cold. So that was cool to find out this morning. Ha. Get it? Cold. Cool to find out? Ha. Ha. Ha.

Okay, anyway... I got up around 8 this morning and decided it was a bun sort of day (which I mean, realistically can be any day in my opinion). Got ready, packed my bag, and came down stairs to pack my lunch. Since it was going to be a long day, I decided to pack my lunch (ham sandwich, pretzels with dip, and strawberries with grapes) and a snack (ham sandwich and an apple). Then for breakfast, I toasted a bagel, cut up some fruit, and grabbed some Greek yogurt! It was great! :)

At 10:30, I was on campus and decided to print off my lab report for physics and my government syllabus. Then I went to Einsteins where I ran into Emilia and hung out with her until my follow-up meeting with my tour group, which went well.

THEN MEGHAN CAME TO CAMPUS! <33 yeah, she came and we hung out for a bit since she leaves for home this week. It was great to catch up a bit, and then I gave her early birthday presents (her birthday is August 23) !

My first class was English at 1:45. We began with watching a video that relates to certain topics of the book we are currently reading (Where Am I Wearing by Kelsey Timmerman). Then we split into our literature discussion groups and given discussion topics. Lastly, we read chapter 4 and then class was dismissed. 

Next was Government at 3:10. We just had a lecture & PowerPoint over Locke and other philosophers. Then had a packet to fill out. 

Emilia, Channel and I share that class so afterwards, we hung out at a gazebo in the quad. I was suppose to have dance at 5:30 but I found out that classes got postponed until August 31. 

So I came home, completed my homework, did the dishes, made dinner and then watched Bachelor in Paradise and The Whispers with my mom and brother! :)

Chapters 14-16 (Creature's POV) - Entry #4

After Frankenstein abandons the creature, other than our short encounter in the woods when Victor is returning from Geneva, we are not exposed to him again until Victor’s retreat to the mountains. In chapter eleven, the creature opens his tale saying he is not quite sure of the beginning of his being; his initial memories and sensations began with his retreat to the woods after Frankenstein’s apartment. Living off berries and nuts, the creature was confused but learning survival skills along the way, including how to set and maintain a fire. I found this lonely encounter may have been initially good for the creature because it allowed him to figure out his surroundings of this new life he was brought into; however, keeping in mind while he is the great, big creature, he is very much in the dark about life and society itself, and without Victor to help him, he was completely and utterly alone.
