My day started at 8 AM and I got to school around 11. I went to the library, working on some things before my first Senior Seminar class. Basically the class is for us to get an idea on what future careers we might partake in, in order to figure out our possible majors, thus leading to colleges and scholarships. I don't think it's a bad idea. This way we're narrowed to focus on it rather than procrastinate. Hey, I'm not going to complain about someone forcing me to apply for scholarships (as if I'd need much forcing, ha).
My next class with English with the one and only, phenomenal and amazing, Mrs. McGowan. She gave us a syllabus, homework to make a Google Docs (since we type a lot of our papers that way), some permission slips, and our reading calendar. Almost immediately after that we began our reading assignment, the Peay Read, Where Am I Wearing by Kelsey Timmerman. We only got to the end of the first chapter when class was over.
Final class of the day, Government, only lasted 20 minutes. Mrs. Berger went over the syllabus and that was pretty much it. Which I was thankful for because I hadn't eaten anything since 8 AM. Channel, Emilia and I decided to go to the UC and hang out for a bit since we didn't get to hang out all summer. It was nice to just catch up and chit-chat before Emilia and I got picked up and Channel had to head home. :)
In the evening, I decided to knock out all my homework (physics lab report, google docs share, and reading assignment) since tomorrow we're having people over in the afternoon for a barbecue.
