College Research
Looking into colleges is both exciting and overwhelming...
I woke up this morning at 7 AM and for some reason I woke up in the mood to looking into colleges which is exactly what I did until about 10:45. With so much to consider, these are my main concerns/questions:
1. Do they have my major or other possibilities if I change my mind?
2. TUITION, TUITION, TUITION and SCHOLARSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS
3. Distance, is it close to home but not too close? (This isn't a key factor because I'd like to go to university in state but I'm considering boarding states as well)
4. Living options... Dorming can sometimes be a slim amount less than tuition so are there affordable apartments near campus?
5. Do I like the campus and the city it's in or the surrounding area?
Honestly it's just a lot to look into, I have about 8-10 schools on my list both in and out of state so I'll probably apply to them all and see how it all ends up.
So this morning my first thought was "It's July 1st.. two and a half months of summer is too long, I need to go back to school." Ha. I know that's weird but I really love school, I love reading and studying and learning new things. Yes, I was semi-burnt out by the end of this school year (and now after Watauga) but I'm really excited to start my senior year and all the classes. (:
Yeah college searching can be very stressful. Good luck!
