Average beginning to the day with breakfast and "morning meeting" where we all just sit and stare at our phones until it's time to go to class, haha, but it's perfect<3.

Today, my day began with a cello lesson with Dr.Lara. Which was both fabulous and distressing. She's just a very intense professor and sometimes it's very intimidating for me, but it went relatively well. At the same time, Piper had a piano lesson with Dr.Wood and then Dr.Lara offered to drive us both back to the dance building for class.

After lunch I had a voice lesson with Dr. Bailey which was FREAKING AWESOME BECAUSE I LOVE HIM! <3 Okay, we chose the song for the final exhibition and started plunking through it which was exciting. Then I had rehearsal with Piper and Laquimah for an hour before Interdisciplinary where we researched images of things that inspired us for McLean to print them off. Next was a film music class with Dr.Lara, she played clips of music where we had to guess what movies they were from and then she gave examples of how important film music is to portraying the story or the mood of the story. It was fun. :)

Our evening activity was Dance Night with Marcus in the dance building where we did some latin american dancing. We had partner dancing (I was with Kyle which was freaking hilarious and lovely, I love him<3) and individual dancing which just involved a lot of counting steps and hip movement. Overall, very fun evening! :)

Once returning to the dorms, as previous nights we all met in Switzerland (safe zone area, that boy and girls are allowed to meet in, since Kyle is the only boy) and hung out either watching movies/musicals or just playing music and talking.

Chapters 14-16 (Creature's POV) - Entry #4

After Frankenstein abandons the creature, other than our short encounter in the woods when Victor is returning from Geneva, we are not exposed to him again until Victor’s retreat to the mountains. In chapter eleven, the creature opens his tale saying he is not quite sure of the beginning of his being; his initial memories and sensations began with his retreat to the woods after Frankenstein’s apartment. Living off berries and nuts, the creature was confused but learning survival skills along the way, including how to set and maintain a fire. I found this lonely encounter may have been initially good for the creature because it allowed him to figure out his surroundings of this new life he was brought into; however, keeping in mind while he is the great, big creature, he is very much in the dark about life and society itself, and without Victor to help him, he was completely and utterly alone.
