Monday/Tuesday
April 13, 2015 (Monday):
Yesterday was very rainy and humid but okay because I prefer rainy and hot over cold any day. But I began my day with Chemistry EOC Prep since we're in rotation. Next I had lunch with Emilia and then my cello lesson with Mrs.Martin. It went well and she told me to think over a possible recital date in the near future. I went to Starbucks in the campus library and printed out a sheet for my Algebra class (which ended up being homework) and running a bit late to class, well not really I was just on time but still. Then I had Chemistry right after and we just did EOC review pretty much. Heather brought me home and then I went with my mom and brother to his tuba/trombone lesson and I finished "The Bell Jar" by Sylvia Plath in the car (it was great). When I got home, we ate dinner (my mom cooked delicious lamb) and then in bed I read and finished "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison.
April 14, 2015 (Tuesday):
I got to campus today at 10 to take a makeup Algebra test since I was absent last Friday. Then I had my voice lesson with the fabulous Dr.Bailey and we worked on "The Gentlemen is a Dope" which I am performing tomorrow (very exciting). My lesson was over by 11:45 so I had time to stop by subway for lunch (I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich which was bliss because I love steak, tzaziki sauce, and feta cheese) and then went to my history class. Since there were only like 12 people in class, he gave us a funny extra credit "assignment" and then we proceeded to the lecture. After history, I went to grab a coffee and then to my English class. We began reading "The Things They Carried" in class today and spoke a bit of our personal perspectives or war and topics involved with it. It was rather intriguing actually. Next I had ballet, which was difficult since I have a fractured/swollen toe. When class was over, I had an hour and a half to kill so I continued reading "A Stolen Life" by Jaycee Dugard until 7:30, when my cello teacher's recital began. I sat with Martina and my mom for the hour and a half long recital, which was amazing. I loved it so much.
