Man oh man. I woke up at 5:30 AM and went on my first run with Caitlyn and it was pretty intense.  When I get home, I took a shower and then ate breakfast. Next, I practiced cello from 8-9 AM, did laundry and finished up some chores as well as began reading Naked Lunch  by William S. Burroughs between 9-10 AM, had my French lesson 10-11 AM, and ate lunch and collected my things for the day before leaving. My first class was English at 1:45, where we just had our final chapter discussions and then given our creative response assignment guidelines. Next came Government at 3:10, where we met in the library and were to begin our research for our court cases but Heather and I weren't as focused as we probably should be. Oh well, it's not due until next Wednesday, I just need space to research and study on my own. Anyway, next I went to ballet which was from 5:00-6:30 and ohhhh myyyy. It was rough. This morning I woke up at 7 AM and finished my book "A Shortcut in Time" by Charles Dickinson. Then I decided to go for a run at 8, which was definitely difficult. I need to get back in shape - but don't worry, I'm working on it. When I got back home, I had to take a shower and afterwards, I ate a bagel, toast and an apple for breakfast. :) Since I was on a roll with my productivity, I did the dishes and my laundry before practicing my cello. Yep, this all happened before noon. I was proud. Then I ate lunch - two sandwiches on wheat bread with cream cheese, spinach, and ham.  My dads friend decided to come by and make my parents a meal for their anniversary so mom and I ran by Walmart to get the ingredients and the library for me to return some books.  When we got back, they got to cooking while I sat upstairs reading "A ClockworkOeange" by Anthony Burgess and listened to Moztart on vinyl. Today is my parents 18th Wedding anniversary! This morning I left with my mom and brother for Alexander's tuba lesson at 11 AM. While he was at his lesson, my mom and I went to an Alterations shop to see if they could sew the straps of my purse (which broke yesterday) and then we stopped by Publix to get some necessities. When we got home, I decided to practice Cello and get some homework done (Psychology, English, and Phsyics). I then read A Shortcut in Time  by Charles Dickinson before drinking some coffee and eating a pumpkin roll with my mom while we talked about our upcoming schedule plans. Then I took a shower and helped my mom prepare for dinner. (: It was a pretty relaxed Saturday.

So I'm retaking the ACT September 12 and decided that the best way to prepare would be to attend the math and science ACT prep classes. This morning, my mom dropped my off at 9:45 so I could make it to the science ACT Prep class. Then I had I sat in the Marks eating lunch with Illy before stopping by Starbucks to get a Passion Tea Lemonade and going to senior seminar at 12:20. Today we had Mrs.Mendoza (the school guidance counseler) direct the class. Right afterwards I had English where we had our discussion questions and then had a group reading and worksheet to complete for Chapter 29. In Government, we turned in our tweets and presented our amendments before doing a worksheet on the constitution and being assigned partners for a court-case research project. After class, I went to the UC to eat some rice and read where I ended up sitting with Ben for a bit. Then I decided to wait on my mom outside the music building since it was nice day. Again, early morning! :) I took a shower this morning and wore some palazo pants with a plain black shirt. Since I was planning on wearing sandals, I painted my toe nails as well. Algebra, we just took notes on the first two chapters in the book. During the my little break between classes, Emilia, Gabby and I went to the library since Gabby wanted starbucks and then we stopped by the UC to eat. Gabby and I both had classes at 11:15 so we ate some lunch before going. Psychology was well, interesting to say the least. I feel that I'm going to enjoy the subject itself but as far as the class, it will be one of those where I'll have to read all the material before class. Since we got out a bit early from class, I stopped by Starbucks to grab myself a coffee before heading to physics. In class, we just went over how to write a lab report and then our homework was to actually type up the lab report for our most recent Spaghetti Bridge Lab. Woke up this morning and was feeling sort of lazy outfit wise so I just threw on a green shirt and blue jeans. I ate a bagel, toast, apples, and greek yogurt for breakfast. And then we were out the door. For English, we just read the entire class until chapter 25 of Where Am I Wearing  by Kelsey Timmerman. In Government, we took extensive notes on the three branches before being dismissed. With my free time after class, I went to the library until my mom picked me up and we stopped by the house to bring Alexander to football practice.

This morning I had to wake up at 6 AM in order to be on campus for my 8 AM class (Algebra). For Algebra we just discussed the syllabus and the curriculum for the semester. Then I had a two hour break and decided to go to the library to print some things off before eating lunch with Emilia and Gabby in Einsteins where Ben met up with us after his class. My next class was Psychology where again, my professor just reviewed the syllabus and went over the curriculum for the course. Physics ended up being canceled since our teacher's son was sick so I walked to my moms car and sat with her for a bit before taking my cello and walking to the music building for my lesson. I was super early, I'm talking like I was there at 1:00 and my lesson was at 3:15. But I just spent my time writing since I was in an inspirational mood. My cello lesson went really well and it was nice to be back at it. (: Then my mom picked me up and we went home. My brother had football practice so they left ...

So today I woke up at decided to actually put some effort into my appearnce so I took a shower, put on a dress, and put my hair up. :) I used my huge coffee mug for the first time which is like the size of my face, so that's awesome! I had English class at 1:45 where we discussed chapers 12-17 of Where Am I Wearing  by Kelsey Timmerman and our homework assignment was chapters 18-21. My next class was Government at 3:10 where we we took notes on the Amendments. Our homework was to draw a visual representation of the amendment we were assinged and write each amendment in 140 characters or less on twitter. Then I hung out with Ben for a bit in the quad before going home at 5. :)

I had to work all weekend (Friday 6:00-9:00, Saturday 12:00-9:00, and Sunday 1:00-6:00) so I've been very busy. However, I did manage to finish my physics homework and my reading assignment for English this weekend. The only important thing about this weekend was that today (August 23) was Meghan's 17 Birthday!! Other than that, I just had English and Government on Friday before going to work. Then Saturday, I had an hour break at work where I got Cajun food and some coffee. And today I only had a 30 minute break so I got Greek food for lunch with my mom and when I got off work I bought a coffee from Starbucks (and two mugs which are super cute and I love). This evening my Dad's friends came over for dinner and we all ate some chicken, brots, and fries. I'll probably spend the rest of my evening either reading my book A Shortcut in Time  by Charles Dickenson or watching netflix. Maybe both. Who knows? Anyway, how was your guys'  weekends? ...

Hey guys! Today I was on campus at 12 for an interest meeting for Key Club, since I plan on joining that club as well. Then I went to my Physics class where we presented our group graph project, had a little quiz on graphing and then had yet another experiment. Today's was to make two spaghetti bridges (one made of angel hair spaghetti and the other of classic spaghetti), add weights to the bridge and see at what weight they broke at. Brittany and I finished relatively early and had enough time to create our graph and make it look all nice and everything. Then I got see BEN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER A YEAR!!!! Yeah it was great. Ha, I missed him. It was strange to see him in person, not awkward or anything, just strange. I'm just not used to it yet I guess, but with him going to APSU now, I'll probably see him a lot. But anyway, my mom got off work at 4:40 and we went home to pick up my brother for his open house at the middle school. So we went, saw all his tea...

I had a doctor's appointment at 8 AM so I had to wake up bright and early by 6:30. It's ironic that I don't have any classes until the afternoon this week, but I still have had to wake up early for other things. Anyway, after my appointment, my mom and I drove to Silke's to meet with Martina since she's going off to Louisville today for college. We got there a bit early so we ordered our coffee (German for her, Cafe Mocha for me) and two slices of Tiramisu. <3 Once Martina arrived, she ordered some German coffee as well and we all just chit-chated for a little over an hour. By 11:15 she had to leave since they were leaving today for her to go move-in. We said our last goodbyes, exchanged hugs, and left. Mom and I stopped by the house to eat lunch and leave around 1 since I had English at 1:45. We were in a different location though ( I have no clue why) but the room was small and we didn't have much room, so we had a class discussion of the few chapters ...
